While i look forward to finally play also Baldurs Gate 1 - i sadly did only play Baldur's Gate 2 and Throne of Bhaal in the past - but now with the higher resolution support and so on i can and will change that, some of the Screens make me a bit worried.

Partly as also posted in the Baldursgate.com Board the screens do have quite some blurry spots, so i just hope when the Enhanced Edition will be released, a fair compromise between sharpness and scaling can be found, while a bit of blurry background would be no game stopper for me, partly what we got to see just looks... Not Good.

Anyone else also has a opinion to that?

Perhaps we can have high quality png screenshots instead of jpg ones?

Anyway, still looking forward for getting the Enhanced Edition :)

Umm....guys...you haven't gone and changed the beautiful hand-drawn 2d backgrounds with blocky and soulless 3d ones?
Some of the shots suggest this.

Nope, they kept the artstyle which is awesome!
I do agree 100 with what you said "blocky and soulless 3d ones" bad 3d is really bad. There is only one bad 3d game that I have forgiven....

Just wishing they would show at least ONE screenshot from the higher resolution area - 1920*1080 for example instead only from the lower resolutions.

Since in times like that people play more in that kind of resolutions. So... Please Beamdog People, post some real Big Screenshots :D

Screenshots are a little away yet. We still have some real doozer graphical glitches to fix before we can take shots and then get them approved

I'd really love to see some screeshots soon. The game is 10 days from launch if it doesn't get pushed back again. Let's see some goods!!! :)

I just pre-ordered and yeah Id love to see a trailer or something. Ive played through Shadows of Amn a countless amount of time but I NEVER played BG1 so this is a complete surprise for me. I hope the game is even more sublime than it was back then. I cant wait to get lost in its world for hours in the future weeks.
