I`d like to know that aswell is there a certain set hour that the game is gonna be availible for play or we need to wait till wendsday at 23:59?

Can Baldur's Gate personnel please comment on this? I'd like to stay up and play, but if not, sleeping more for work in the morning would help too. Thanks guys.

On the BGforums I read we could play the game after 1pm MST on the 28th. Thats about 12 hours from now.

In this day and age you'd think a company would make sure the game is ready to go at 12:01 A.M. I guess that's too much to ask.

Don't complain Marville74, just be happy they did this to the BEST game EVER!! The wait is KILLING me tho!! according to what their saying, I won't be able to play till 3pm since I am east coast as well. Grrr........

Wow. We really have to wait until noon Pacific time to play? That is BS. Why can't we play now? What was the point in pre-loading the game then? I work graveyards until 6am, was very stoked to play when I got home, but now I will have to wait until 7am (when I get home from work) tomorrow to play. What a bunch of BS!

And why is this game not available on Steam? It is a much larger and better community. More people probably would buy it there.

Tendr, I completely agree, I work graveyard too, and was looking forward to this all night, only to find out it doesn't hit here on the East coast until 3 pm when I'll be sleeping. Now I have to wait until freakin tomorrow to play it.

I'm glad it didn't come out yet. Otherwise I would be playing instead of writing essays for Uni. Hmmmm I may even take few quotes and ideas from Gorion and Sarevok. I'm sure Gorion was more of a liberal while Sarevok prefered realists aproach. Now I need to find something on 'soft power'... maybe Imoen. She had soft skin and a powerful bow... I think the reason we get it in 4 hours is because trent and his team are working hard on making every creature / npc / tree / thing in the game into dobbelgangers :P

I asked at a producer of this game if the game once activated We can play it offline... he said me that once installed we can play offline... I love this game and I'm glad that they do something like that! W BGEE!!

I'm having a hard time downloading from the beamdog client - download froze at 74%. argh :(

I wouldn't be surprised the timer gets to zero and we still wouldn't be able to play it. The silence from beamdog is deafening.
