Where is the serial number?

I've been waiting almost 24 hours now for my serial number. I purchased KB Crossworlds special edition and under game keys that code shows up, no problems with that one. This one there is no key under my account and no key in the client when I try to run it. It asks me for serial number when I try to run. Is there a support phone number or a support e-mail somewhere? I've looked and can't find.
