Beamdog Support is moving to Service Desk!

Hello, everyone!

For several years, we’ve been using Zendesk and Redmine to track reports and provide customer support for our D&D games:

  • Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced Edition
  • Baldur’s Gate II: Enhanced Edition
  • Icewind Dale: Enhanced Edition
  • Planescape: Torment: Enhanced Edition
  • Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition

These tools served us well and we’re humbled by the amount of feedback you provided there over the years. Your help has been invaluable to the development of our enhanced editions.

After a thorough evaluation, we’ve made the decision to move our support and issue tracking into one place: Service Desk. This will help us keep track of all your feedback and reports.

For the last few months, we've been providing support for Axis & Allies 1942 Online through Service Desk and it's working well as a central hub for players to send us their bugs, feature requests and feedback.

Don’t worry! We’ll transfer existing issues from Zendesk and Redmine over to Service Desk. Thank you for the hundreds of bug reports, attached save files, and feature requests over the years.

We hope this move will make reviewing and responding to your feedback simpler and smoother. We're looking forward to hearing from you at our new Service Desk!
