Dear Customers,

The October 15th launch of Beamdog’s D&D enhanced editions for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One failed to include the non-english voiceovers we promised to provide at release. We are deeply sorry for this error and we’re working to bring you this content as soon as we possibly can.

We’re currently on track to deliver the missing voiceovers by October 31, 2019 for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, and by November 13, 2019 for Nintendo Switch— pending first party approvals. These free downloads will include select voice localizations based on what had been previously translated and promised (see details below).

We missed the mark on this and we’re working to fix it ASAP. Thanks for choosing these classic adventures.

Instructions: How to get the Free DLC for Nintendo Switch

The international language packs for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 should download automatically as game patches, but the non-english languages for Nintendo Switch are available as Free DLC. Here's how to find the International Language Pack for your Nintendo Switch:

1. Make sure your Nintendo Switch is connected to the internet
2. Launch the eShop from your Nintendo Switch HOME Menu
3. In the search bar, enter the game name (either Baldur's Gate I & II: Enhanced Edition or Planescape: Torment and Icewind Dale: Enhanced Edition)
4. Select the game from the search results
5. Scroll down on the eShop store page; you should see the International Voice Pack
6. Select the International Voice Pack and follow the onscreen instructions to download the content
